"Sumiyoshitaisha" is located in Osaka-shi, Sumiyoshi-ku and it's recognized as the best power spot (sacred place) and also known as a good luck spot in Osaka. Among them, the popular one is "Godairiki (The Five Great Powers)" stone picking. It is said that if you pick up some pebbles here and make it into an amulet and carry it with you; then the five lucky powers are granted to you, and it is said to hold miraculous efficacy in realizing your earnest wishes.

To Sumiyoshitaisha, it takes 3 minutes on foot to the east from Sumiyoshitaisha Station on the Nankai Honsen (Main Line). Cross over the vermilion colored Sorihashi Bridge a.k.a. Taikobashi, then go through a path called unusual Kakutorii (quadrangular prism torii gate) with square pillars and proceed to Kojumon at the front.

Here in Sumiyoshitaisha, the shrines from Daiichihongu (First main sanctuary) to Daisanhongu (Second main sanctuary) are aligned vertically, and Daiyonhongu (Fourth main sanctuary) is placed horizontally. There you will find enshrined the three main gods Sokotsutsu no O no Mikoto ・ Nakatsutsu no O no Mikoto ・ Uwatsutsu no O no Mikoto, and Empress Jingu as well.
